alteration already carried out. Consent was not granted for the
works, so the Lessee has applied for retrospective consent for an
alteration to the rear of property.
The works have no impact on the structure of
the property and therefore retrospective consent can be
granted.
As the works have no impact on the structure,
the removal of the alteration was not required.
