To approve the grant of a new contracted-out lease of Unit 18 Slyfield Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road to Avery Electrical (Guildford) Limited in line with the following terms and conditions:

For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,000 (from £7,500) per annum exclusive of business rates and service charge.

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.

The agreed term is 3 years.

The security deposit will remain the same (£2,137.50).
