The Council has received a request to grant a wayleave over 7 Ward Street, Guildford, GU1 4LH, in line with the following terms and conditions:

The licencee is British Telecommunications Plc

The wayleave will be granted to the current owners of 7 Ward Street, Guildford, GU1 4LH

The Grantees have agreed to pay £300 for the wayleave, plus our costs, which in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal Consent powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably obtainable’ where the proposed term exceeds seven (7) years].

The Grantees will be required to obtain our approval for an upgrade to provide telecommunication services to 7 Ward Street. Approximately 2 foot cable on wall and all associated fixtures and fittings.
