The Council has received a request to extend
the Licence to occupy and carry out works to erect a crane for the
removal of the footbridge that crosses over the railway line on
Land part of The Park Barn Estate, Egerton Road, GU2.
The licence will continue in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The licence extension will be granted to Surrey County
Council.
The Grantees have agreed to pay a fee of £ £9,550 for
the additional period of 27 weeks to expire on 31st December 2024
inclusive, plus our costs, which in accordance with the
Council’s General Disposal Consent powers, provides the
‘best consideration reasonably obtainable’.
The Grantees will be required to obtain our approval for the
continuation of their occupation to prepare the site, to erect a
crane, and to carry out works on the Council’s land
associated with the removal of the footbridge.

available.

being satisfied that the Council will receive the best
