Terms have been agreed with Sailor Food and Beverages Ltd for a new
5 year lease of Unit 9 Midleton Enterprise Park. This was approved
under a DA dated 5th June 2024.
Sailor Food and Beverages require use of the property on prior to
completion of the lease to store a shipment of its products.
Therefore this DA is for the grant of a Tenancy at Will (TAW) to
permit storage use ahead of completion of the lease.
A use and occupation charge of £12,000p.a. will be contracted
by this TAW but no alterations will be permitted and the permitted
use will be for storage only. It is hoped that the Lease will
proceed to completion within 3 months.

This decision must be completed to enable
completion of a Tenancy at Will to allow this incoming tenant to
store its items in the property ahead of lease
completion.
We have offered the tenant full use of the
property once the Lease completes but they need to store these
items once their shipment arrives, and therefore a TAW seems the
best solution.
