The tenant is Wellers Fine Art Limited.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period following expiry
whilst the terms of a new lease of the above premises are
negotiated.

property, and to receive a rental income at the end of the period
of continuous occupation until a new lease is granted
The decision meets the statutory / policy
requirements for the Council and there were no alternative options
available.

Council’s land and property holdings and to achieve the best
economic and social use of land and buildings, including their
