GBC will be purchasing the garage at 3 Szabo Crescent, GU3 2EL and it will then become part of HRA stock.

Reasons for the decision:

There are 4 garages in total, 3 of which are already owned by GBC. These garages have fallen into disrepair and it is more financially economical to purchase the garage which GBC do not currently own, as opposed to refurbishing all garages.

Alternative option of refurbishing garages considered, however the cost is too high.
