To enter into an indemnity agreement with the
Surety (HCC International Insurance Company plc
(‘HCC’)).
HCC require the Council to enter into this
indemnity agreement in return for HCC acting as surety and entering
into the Section 278 highways agreement with the Council and Surrey
County Council in relation to the Section 278 highway works forming
part of the Ash Road Bridge Scheme.
