This service automates Accounts Payable steps
in the business. Without the product, alternative software or
additional resources would be required. Automation is required to
meet current business processes.
Licences are needed to use this service.
Proactis was integrated to the Council's
Finance platform a few years ago, and organisation staff have been
trained to use it. The cost of implementing an alternative solution
and retraining staff so soon after the original implementation does
not appear to offer value for money at this time, so alternative
products were rejected on this occasion.
Alternative channel partners were considered for this product. The
vendor was unable to offer a direct contract due to channel partner
agreements with themselves, and the existing provider agreed to
reduce their price to price-match the lowest found for this
product.
