Premiair Ventilation in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The rent is to be £16,500 per annum plus VAT, no rent free
and exclusive of business rates and service charge. The rent will
be payable monthly in advance.
The agreed term is 3 years.
The security deposit equivalent of 3 months’ rent.
