To approve the grant of a contracted-out lease
of Primrose Hall, Church View, Ash to Happy Days Pre-School in line
with the following terms and conditions:
The rent is to be £5,500 per annum plus VAT, no rent free and exclusive of business rates and service charge. The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.
The agreed term is 5 years.
The lease will contain a mutual rolling break option operable from the second anniversary subject to serving a minimum of 6 months written notice.
