To award a measured Term Contract for
completing ad-hoc minor civils works across GBC’s portfolio
of roads, garage forecourts and so on.

To award a measured Term Contract for completing ad-hoc minor civils works across GBC’s portfolio of roads, garage forecourts and so on.
Reasons for the decision:
The Service was competitively tendered through a tender process where we received a large number of interested responses. We are currently still in the evaluation process, however to ensure continuity of service we need to give notice of the decision to be taken in roughly 1 month to enter into a contract with the Successful Tenderer.
Alternative options considered:
These were considered as part of the procurement process.
