carry out the following alterations at the above property.
• Installation of an underground irrigation system with pop-up
sprinklers and associated water tank.
• Siting of a steel security container 1000mm x750mm x100mm
within an existing shed to house a generator.
• Moving an existing water standpipe.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations
