To approve the grant of the lease of part
second floor of Old Millmead House in line with the following terms
and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £38,960 per year,
which in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal
Consent powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably
obtainable’ where the proposed term exceeds seven (7)
years.
The agreed term is 3 years, with a mutual break option at the end
of 24 and 30 months on six months’ prior written
notice.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.
