To serve a written notice to terminate the
lease at 46 Moorfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate, GU1 1RU on
the terms set out below.
The current lease is contracted out of Part II of the Landlord and
Tenant Act 1954 (the Act) and therefore does not require any
statutory notices.
The lease requires a written notice, 6 months in advance of the
date the contractual term is due to expire. This lease has a
rolling break option whereby the earliest the break notice can be
served is 27th November 2021 meaning vacant possession is obtained
on 27th May 2022.
The project board have requested that notice is served at the
earliest opportunity to facilitate the Weyside Urban Village
Redevelopment Project.
